The Laddoo Wala (TLW), a premium Indian luxury mithai brand, is looking for a confident, well-spoken and well groomed Sales Executive to represent our store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to deliver a refined customer experience in line with the brands ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Explain products, ingredients, and brand story in an engaging manner.
  • Manage in-store sales and billing with attention to detail.
  • Maintain the stores premium presentation.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the head office for stock management and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English; knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-groomed and confident personality.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
