Job Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to the team

members. Act as a go-to person for technical challenges and provide solutions and

recommendations based on industry best practices.

Architectural Design and Planning: Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and

solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, evaluate

technologies, and make informed decisions to ensure the scalability, performance, and

reliability of our systems.

Technology Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends,

and industry advancements. Conduct research and evaluate new technologies and

frameworks to drive innovation and improve our technical capabilities.

Technical Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's technical

roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives

and drive continuous improvement.

Technical Project Management: Lead and participate in technical projects, ensuring

successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Coordinate with project

stakeholders, manage risks, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code contributions from team members to

ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable solutions. Conduct

code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce quality assurance processes.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Work

closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations,

to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of technical solutions.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system

architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Ensure documentation is

accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Strong technical background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in programming.

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, distributed, and secure

systems.

Expertise in Java, Spring, JPA, Kafka, Multi-Threading, Docker, Kubernetes, Socket

Programming.

Experience in RDBMS with expertise in database design, writing efficient queries & optimizing

the resources.

Knowledge in React & NodeJS is a plus.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best

practices.

Experience in leading technical teams and providing technical mentorship.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex technical

challenges strategically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with

cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-

technical stakeholders.

Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
