Key Responsibilities :

Architect and Design Enterprise-Grade Solutions :

- Define, design, and implement robust, modular, and scalable architectures for complex web and cloud-based systems. Lead the technical strategy for full-stack solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Drive Full-Stack Development Across Modern Frameworks :

- Lead development initiatives using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ), FastAPI, and , ensuring seamless integration between frontend, backend, and database layers.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams :

- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure architectural alignment and smooth delivery pipelines. Provide guidance on best practices, performance tuning, and system optimization.

Oversee Cloud and Infrastructure Design :

- Develop cloud-agnostic architecture blueprints that support high availability, resilience, and cost optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation through containerization and orchestration technologies.

Microservices & API Design Leadership :

- Architect and define reusable microservices, RESTful APIs, and service communication protocols. Ensure services are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain, while promoting a service-oriented architecture approach.

Multi-Database Management & Data Strategy :

- Design data architectures that leverage both SQL and NoSQL systems effectively. Lead database normalization, indexing strategies, and data caching techniques to maximize application performance.

Security, Scalability & Performance Optimization :

- Implement best practices in authentication, authorization, and data encryption. Continuously assess system performance, conduct scalability testing, and optimize architecture for load handling, response time, and resource efficiency.

Technical Mentorship & Code Quality :

- Mentor and coach engineering teams to adhere to architectural standards, design principles, and coding best practices. Conduct peer code reviews, enforce architectural discipline, and cultivate a culture of engineering excellence.

Technology Evaluation and Innovation :

- Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns. Evaluate their potential adoption and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency, maintainability, and scalability of current systems.

Governance and Documentation :

- Create and maintain architecture blueprints, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation. Ensure all systems comply with internal standards, security guidelines, and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Experience :

Extensive Full-Stack Expertise (7 Years) :

- Proven background in building and deploying full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, along with proficiency in Python FastAPI for high-performance backend development.

Frontend Excellence :

- Strong command of React and frameworks with in-depth understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering), CSR (Client-Side Rendering), and Dynamic Rendering for optimized frontend performance.

Backend & API Mastery :

- Advanced knowledge of backend frameworks, RESTful API design, and middleware development using , , and FastAPI.

Cloud-Native Architecture :

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline setup using DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).

Microservices & Distributed Systems :

- Strong knowledge of microservices-based architecture, message queues, event-driven systems, and service discovery mechanisms.

Database Proficiency :

- Expertise in managing multi-database environments with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra) databases.

Leadership and Communication :

- Excellent ability to lead technical teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
