Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to drive sales of refurbished laptops through effective telephonic communication with retailers and channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining product offerings, handling objections, and converting leads into successful orders — all over the phone.
The role demands strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and a basic understanding of IT hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Customer Outreach
Call prospective retailers from provided or self-sourced leads.
Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and value proposition clearly.
Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or direct closures.
Sales Conversion
Handle end-to-end sales over the phone — from inquiry to order confirmation.
Maintain high conversion rates by understanding customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build rapport with new and existing retailers to ensure repeat business.
Regularly follow up with inactive or cold leads to revive interest.
Maintain a database of interactions using CRM or internal tools.
Coordination
Work closely with the on-ground BDMs to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams as needed.
Market Feedback & Reporting
Share market trends, pricing feedback, and competitor insights with the sales team.
Submit daily call logs and sales performance reports.
