About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of experience in finance and accounting. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions in line with accounting standards
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, balance sheets, and P&L statements
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant corporate accounting experience
  • Proficiency in
    Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting systems
  • Strong knowledge of
    Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
  • Understanding of
    GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
  • Good analytical, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently
