Job Overview
We are seeking a Back Office Executive for our Malad location. This is a full-time position best suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role provides an opportunity to support our operations with the potential for career growth within the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory skill crucial for compiling and analyzing data effectively for the organization.
- Experience with Google Sheets to maintain and update online spreadsheets in real-time and collaborate with team members efficiently.
- Ability in data cleansing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information processed within our systems.
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 60 words per minute to maintain optimal efficiency and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to meticulously review and manage documents, ensuring error-free operations and reporting.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic database management skills to support maintenance and updates of databases as per company standards.
- Understanding of data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and process transactions efficiently to support daily office operations while maintaining data confidentiality.
- Compile and sort information for data entry, ensuring all data entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in coordinating communication between departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows and project executions.
- Support the maintenance of records and documents to ensure all files are organized and stored correctly for easy retrieval.
- Perform routine checks on data for accuracy and collaborate with team members to correct any discrepancies found.
- Provide support with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of office operations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and reduce errors.
