**Back Office Executive - Job Description**

**Position**: Back Office Executive
**Department**: Operations / Logistics
**Location**: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai - 400064
**Reports To**: [Manager/Supervisor Name]

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Back Office Executive** to support our operations team. The role involves handling courier and transport bookings, tracking shipments, assisting team members with various tasks, and ensuring smooth communication with customers regarding their deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Courier & Transport Management**:

- Book couriers and transport as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with courier and transport service providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, dispatches, and deliveries.

**2. Courier Tracking & Customer Communication**:

- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
- Call customers to confirm receipt of their courier, if required.
- Address any courier-related concerns and escalate issues as needed.

**3. Team Support & Coordination**:

- Assist team members with administrative and operational tasks when needed.
- Provide necessary reports and updates to the management team.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry related to daily operations.

**4. General Back Office Tasks**:

- Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Handle any other administrative duties assigned by the management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **No experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

**Work Schedule & Compensation**:

- **Work Hours**: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- **Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹13,000 (Depends on Interview)
