Role DescriptionWe're hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing and dealer engagement strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires hands-on involvement, strategic thinking, and a strong drive to convert leads into sales.

Whether you're 25-years-old or 45, what matters most is your energy, drive, and love for selling. You'll be working closely with our dealer network, driving campaigns, conducting market research, and playing a key role in launching our new product lines. QualificationsBachelor's degree (any discipline).5+ years of B2B marketing or sales experience, ideally in agri‑equipment, manufacturing, or allied sectors. Proven negotiation and relationship‑building skills in both Hindi and English.
