Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Agra. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales reports, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and contribute to product development.

  • Sales Planning, Sales Performance Monitoring, and Strategic Selling skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to prepare Sales Reports and conduct Market Analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
