Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising).
  • Manage company's presence on digital platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve rankings through SEO strategies.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content (blogs, videos, creatives).
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing (adjust based on level).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro – preferred).
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
