Our global footprint of nearly 2,000 data scientists and analysts assist client organizations with complex risk minimization methods, advanced marketing, pricing and CRM strategies, internal cost analysis, and cost and resource optimization within the organization. ;EXL Analytics serves the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries. ;Please visit ; ;for more information about EXL Analytics. ;Role & Responsibilities Overview: ;Create, modify and test various SQL queries, stored procedures and views for obtaining data from diverse source systems and platforms ;Assist in the roll-out of new SQL based applications, problem fixes, and enhancements of softwareFollow database best practices to improve the operational reporting environment while focusing on resolving problems raised by team members, stakeholders and end usersImplement/develop ETL using SSIS and other data movement requirements using SQL ;Develops original and/or complex code in T-SQL/ SQL/SSISDesign and develop new SQL code as part of an ETL process; Experience using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) in creating and managing multidimensional or tabular models for data analysis.Develop stored procedures functions using T-SQL/SQL; Improve SQL procedures, Window services / .NET programs which transform and load dataResponsible for data profiling, source-target mappings, ETL development, SQL tunings and optimization, testing and implementationLeverage MS Access database to support select use cases and SQL queries within to query the DBExcellent verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to effectively and professionally communicate with others, including situations where you may disagree with people ;Candidate Profile: ;Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply4+ years in analytics (Preferably Insurance Analytics) ;Must have advance SQL, SSIS, SSAS knowledge ;Should be familiar with Github, Azure DevOpsGood critical thinking and problem solving skillsGood to have experience with MS Access, SSRS, ADF or other Azure servicesStrong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to workOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skillsAble to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challengesIs able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe ;What we offer: ;EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
