Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Gurugram. The Client Servicing Executive will serve as the key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client business objectives, and identifying opportunities for value creation. The role also involves managing client accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
