What are your contributions to the team?
  • Provide extraordinary service to our employees who communicate with our Service Center Payroll;
    • Respond to various Payroll questions
    • Learn the basics of payroll functions
    • Collaborate with managers, employees, and human resources business partners
    • Work under a collective agreement environment
    • Enter data into our Payroll systems
  • Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in Payroll functions;
  • Document our practices;
  • Perform data analysis;
  • Participate in various special projects;
How to thrive in this role?
  • You are studying for a bachelor's degree in administration (preferably in human resources);
  • You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (French and English);
  • You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;
  • You are an organized and structured person;
  • You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • You are creative and proactive in problem-solving;
  • You can uphold strict confidentiality when required;
