Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, with a proven track record of winning projects in Mobile App Development, Web Development, AI, and Blockchain domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, bid, and secure projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other portals.
- Understand client requirements, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver persuasive pitches.
- Regularly update and optimize company profiles on bidding platforms for better visibility.
- Coordinate with technical teams to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Maintain client communication, ensuring smooth onboarding and project closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years experience in online bidding with a strong success rate.
- Familiarity with mobile, web, AI, and blockchain technologies/projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
