Location: Bangalore

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000/month

Post-Internship Opportunity: Full-time Technical Mentor @ ₹4 LPA (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

As an
Academic Mentor Intern
, you will:

  • Mentor students in
    programming, MERN Stack, and DSA problem-solving
    .
  • Conduct
    engaging technical sessions
    , code walkthroughs, and Q&A discussions.
  • Assist in
    curriculum design, coding challenges, and project creation
    .
  • Guide students in
    full-stack projects
    (React, , MongoDB, Express).
  • Simplify DSA concepts (arrays, recursion, graphs, DP, etc.) for learners.
  • Collaborate with the training team to deliver
    hackathons, coding tests, and reviews
    .
  • Continuously
    upskill yourself
    in the latest tools & frameworks.

Who Can Apply

We're looking for MCA (final-year) candidates who:

  • Have a solid grasp of
    Java/Python/JavaScript
    and
    DSA fundamentals
    .
  • Have exposure to
    MERN/Full Stack Development
    (projects are a big plus).
  • Possess excellent
    communication, teaching, and presentation skills
