Role & responsibilities

  • Student Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, ensuring they

meet academic goals and learning outcomes. Monitor and facilitate

Homework/Remedial submission.

  • Drive Student & Parent Engagement: Ensuring & driving initiatives to maximize

attendance. Resolve all queries in a timely manner and maintain effective Parent

Connect through various initiatives.

  • Intervention Analysis: Track and analyze Chapter LO (learning outcomes)

Attempt Percentage thus monitor student progress and implement targeted

interventions where necessary to enhance improvement in the Learning

Outcomes (LO) of students.

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties, including handling reports,

tracking data, and ensuring accurate documentation of interventions and student

progress.

  • Efficacy Tracking: Develop and implement methods to track and measure the

effectiveness of interventions, analyzing data to identify successful strategies

and areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Academic Managers and other team members to

design effective intervention plans tailored to student needs. All required cross

functional team collaborations to ensure that the required outcomes are met
