Role Description

Administer and manage Jira Software, JIRA Service Management (JSM), and Confluence

Design & implement custom workflows, forms, queues, and SLA rules

Integrate Jira with tools like Slack, Opsgenie, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure AD, etc.

Perform user management, directory sync, and role-based access control

Handle migrations, audits, cleanups, and system performance tuning

Automate routine processes and support ITSM practices (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)

Create meaningful dashboards, reports, filters for various teams

Stay up to date with Atlassian Cloud features and best practices

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in Jira & JSM administration

Strong skills in JQL, scripting (Groovy/Scriptrunner), APIs, and automation

Hands-on with Atlassian Cloud, Marketplace apps, and Confluence integration

Atlassian certifications preferred (Jira/JSM Admin)

Experience in enterprise-scale or multi-tenant Jira environments

Familiar with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, SSO, Azure AD, and Atlassian Access

Qualifications

  • Technical skills related to IT system management and support
  • Ability to deliver innovative solutions and adapt to client needs
  • Experience in engaging with diverse function and technology areas
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in IT management
