Key responsibilities
- Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising all housekeeping staff.
- Scheduling: Creating shift rotations and assigning daily duties to ensure all areas are covered.
- Inventory and supplies: Monitoring, stocking, and ordering cleaning supplies, linens, and other necessary items.
- Quality control: Inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the organization's standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Maintenance coordination: Identifying damaged or faulty equipment and coordinating repairs with the maintenance team.
- Budget management: Overseeing the department's budget, controlling costs, and making recommendations for efficiency.
- Health and safety: Ensuring staff follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
- Patient relations: Addressing patient complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services.
- NABH compliance in terms of Housekeeping
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
