Job description:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Sales Executive to lead our wedding rental furniture sales efforts. This role requires excellent client relationship skills, market understanding, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and direct clients.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture rental packages and layouts.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of rentals.

  • Stay up-to-date with wedding and event trends to anticipate customer preferences.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in event rentals, furniture rentals, or wedding industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of computer is a must.

  • Well versed with MS office, making PPT's etc.

  • Willingness to travel upto 50%
