We're Hiring: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience: 6–8 years in e-commerce (website + marketplace)

Are you ready to own and scale a soon to be launched business in Home retail space? We're looking for an E-Commerce Manager who can lead our online journey across our website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth & P&L across website + marketplaces.
  • Build winning catalogs, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Optimize website UI/UX & conversion funnels.
  • Manage marketplace relationships and promotions.
  • Work with marketing to run high-performance ad campaigns.
  • Track metrics, analyze data, and deliver results.
  • Ensure smooth ops with warehouse, logistics & customer care.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8 years of hands-on e-commerce leadership experience.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, analytics, and online P&L.
  • Proven success in scaling website & marketplace businesses.
  • Tech + business + creative mindset.
  • Great communicator, negotiator & problem-solver.
