E-commerce Co-ordinator

Our client supports 30 adults with a learning disability or autism to participate in purposeful work-based activities.

This is a new exciting role that will be responsible for generating income for the not-for-profit community interest company via the sale of donated goods online. This is a new role for our client and would suit an individual who has a genuine interest and some experience in online selling. It’s a very exciting opportunity to be instrumental in the inception of a new venture for the company. Initially, the hours are part-time, but the successful development of e-commerce for the company will lead to additional hours if desired.

**As an E-Commerce Co-ordinator, your day-to-day duties will include**:

- To set up a company eBay account and work with selling platform Shopiago to explore innovative methods of selling online
- To maintain the company’s eBay site and any other delegated e-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with each platform’s policies and regulations, and Trading Standards regulations, including:

- Listing items for sale
- Safely packaging and dispatching items, in a timely manner
- Responding to customer queries, etc
- To identify donation streams, and source suitable storage facilities as we grow.
- To manage the process of donations and identify items to place for sale online from goods donated to us using effective stock control, rotation, and replenishment methods
- To work alongside the team to identify which products would be appropriate for online selling, be responsible for managing the process of listing and managing the dispatch of these items
- To identify product upsells
- To communicate and engage effectively with the team of Participants and Work Supporters
- To produce regular reports and liaise with the Service Manager to develop the E-Commerce branch of the CIC

To be considered for our E-Commerce Co-ordinator role you will have:

- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken
- The ability to work well within a team
- Some experience with online selling ie eBay/Etsy/Vinted etc
- Excellent organisation skills
- A full driving license and have your own car due to location
- Undertake an enhanced DBS check
