Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management
    : Maintain and update Google Calendar for client meetings, internal reviews, and management schedules.
  • Client Communication
    : Conduct first-call interactions with clients, ensuring professionalism and clarity in understanding requirements.
  • Recruitment Support
    : Handle initial recruitment calls, schedule interviews, and assist in hiring processes.
  • Administrative Tasks
    : Draft, send, and track emails, invoices, and official communication.
  • Team Coordination
    : Assist in daily team management, ensuring tasks are on track and deadlines are met.
  • CRM Management
    : Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, follow-ups, and project progress.
  • Assistant to Management
    : Provide direct support to senior management, including preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Operational Support
    : Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio/office, coordinating across design, project, and vendor teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles (interior design or related industries preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Google Calendar

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
