Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
  • Coordinate smooth and effective onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and integration into the Organization culture.
  • Administer the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Manage the accurate tracking and administration of Leave & Vacation Management for employees.
  • Address and resolve day-to-day employee concerns through effective employee relations.
  • Manage all Exit Formalities and completing necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role in the industries or an Educational Institutions in Chennai is Preferred.
  • Functional Expertise: Proven experience in managing recruitment, payroll processing, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
