The Role

We're seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee, account and optimize our drone and Aerostat component inventory, ensuring seamless operations across our defense projects and commercial drone light show productions. This critical role will manage inventory for multiple drones, spare parts, batteries, electronics, and specialized components essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

As our Inventory Manager, you'll establish and maintain robust inventory control systems for drone components, payloads, and accessories across our production and operational units. You'll coordinate closely with our technical teams to forecast component requirements for upcoming projects and defense system deployments. Your role includes implementing inventory tracking systems, managing supplier relationships for specialized drone components, and ensuring compliance with defense procurement regulations and quality standards.

You'll also be responsible for managing battery inventory, conducting regular audits, and optimizing stock levels to balance operational readiness with cost efficiency. Working with our procurement team, you'll coordinate timely procurement and delivery of critical components.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, electronics, or drone operations. You should have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and experience with inventory management software and ERP systems. Knowledge of drone components, electronics, or aviation parts is highly valued, as is familiarity with defense procurement processes and quality standards.

We need someone with excellent organizational and analytical skills, proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills for coordinating across technical and business teams. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
