Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator – Media & VFX/Post-Production

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Media, VFX, or Post-Production Environment (HR/Recruitment Support Role)

Reporting To: Senior People Partner

Our esteemed clientele spans across the globe, encompassing renowned studios from diverse domains, including features, episodic productions, and commercials. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and drive our growth in the advertising and brand partnerships sector.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Recruitment Coordinator to assist in our hiring process for the Media and VFX/Post-Production domain. This is a calling-focused role where you will connect with pre-sourced candidates, collect required information, and ensure all records are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to candidates whose leads/profiles are provided by the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Share role details and gather relevant candidate information (availability, experience, portfolio links, salary expectations, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in Google Sheets or other trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates for any pending documents or updates.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment lead on candidate progress and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates during all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/recruitment coordination, preferably in a media, VFX, post-production, or animation studio.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable making multiple calls daily and speaking with candidates across different roles and experience levels.
  • Strong attention to detail with good data entry and tracking skills (Google Sheets/MS Excel).
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
