Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions.
  • Ensure learners complete self-paced modules.
  • Use AI and digital tools to enhance training.
  • Maintain engaging and interactive sessions.

Student Engagement & Monitoring

  • Follow up with learners for continuity and support.
  • Track attendance, progress, and batch performance.
  • Maintain documentation as per QMS standards.

Centre & Outreach Support

  • Support mobilization through alumni and employer outreach.
  • Be willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • MS Office, Google Workspace
  • AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot
  • Advanced Excel, Google Sheets
  • Basic dashboards (Power BI/Looker Studio)
  • Documentation & collaboration tools: Google Docs, Drive, Miro, task management tools

Soft Skills

  • Communication & email etiquette
  • Presentation & data storytelling
  • Critical thinking & problem solving
  • Career readiness training

Essential

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year training experience (technical/soft skills)
  • Strong communication and English fluency
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & AI tools
  • Comfortable with hybrid/online training
  • Passion for community development
  • Willing to travel and work weekends

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in NGO/CSR skilling project
  • Knowledge of reporting & visualization tools
  • Understanding of youth skilling/livelihood programs
