Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Windchill Customization Developer Lead. The primary responsibilities include designing and developing customizations for Windchill applications, leading a team of developers, coordinating with stakeholders, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that projects meet quality and timeline requirements. The role involves collaborating with various teams to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Windchill Customization, Windchill Configuration, and Windchill Integration skills
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
  • Team leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Experience with enterprise applications development and implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
