Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Sales Calling
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Attend inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Lead Conversion & Follow-ups
Identify customer requirements and pitch suitable products or services.
Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Product / Service Promotion
Clearly explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management
Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication.
- Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
Contribute to overall business revenue and growth.
- Documentation & Reporting
Update customer details, call outcomes, and sales status in CRM or Excel.
Submit daily call reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordination with Team
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for order processing and closures.
Share market feedback and customer insights with management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any degree / Diploma (Preferred)
- Basic Knowledge of software products or IT services
- Proven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (Freshers may also apply)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in English and regional language(s)
