Job Description

  • Identify and attract candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks).
  • Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future job placements.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Verify credentials, qualifications, and work history.
  • Assess candidates' personality, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions and clients.
  • Understand clients' staffing needs, budget constraints, and expectations.
  • Match candidates to clients based on their requirements.
  • Identify suitable job opportunities for candidates based on their qualifications and preferences.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate qualifications, licenses, and certifications.
  • Handle contract negotiation and employment agreements.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, labor market, and salary expectations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (placements made, candidate satisfaction, client satisfaction).
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including paperwork, background checks, and compliance documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹192, ₹200,000.00 per year
