Business Development Executive(Freshers)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Development & Brand Communication Executive (Fresher) with a strong inclination toward AI, data, and digital innovation. The selected candidate will play a dual role driving new business opportunities and building TeamSuccessos digital presence while exploring how AI can enhance marketing, sales, and communication workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and research potential D2C brands, Amazon sellers, and digital-first businesses that align with TeamSuccessos offerings.
- Initiate communication with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Support the use of AI tools for lead generation, data enrichment, and outreach personalization.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Maintain lead databases, CRM trackers, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal discussions and onboarding processes.
Brand Communication & Social Media:
- Manage TeamSuccessos social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts that reflect the companys culture, expertise, and impact.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visuals, videos, and written content — optionally using AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, etc.).
- Track engagement metrics and refine strategies for better reach and visibility.
- Ensure consistent storytelling and tone across all online communication.
