Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior React / Developer who is passionate about building elegant, high-performance, and scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and lead a team of developers while remaining a strong individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using , , and TypeScript.
  • Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and UI/UX best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently into front-end applications.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reusability.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.

Required & Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive UI/UX design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and reusable component architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
