Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
 - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and onboarding of new employees.
 - Conduct initial candidate screenings through various job portals.
 - Coordinate and conduct both virtual and in-person interviews with candidates.
 - Manage the maintenance, verification, and updating of employee documents.
 - Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback.
 - Support the planning and coordination of employee training and development initiatives.
 
Requirements:
- Prior Experience of HR Department is required.
 - Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
 - Strong oral and written communication skills.
 - Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and candidates.
 - Must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
