About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Procurement Executive to manage procurement across all departments in the Consumer Durable & Fashion industry, with a key focus on Marketing & Campaigning requirements. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring seamless supply of goods and services for multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities :General Procurement (All Departments)

• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for IT, admin, HR, operations, and other departmental needs.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to avoid business disruptions.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements to achieve best cost and quality.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Track and optimize budgets across departments.

Marketing & Campaigning Procurement (Core Focus)

• Source and procure marketing collaterals, print materials, event setups, POSM, and promotional merchandise.
• Partner with marketing and brand teams to understand campaign needs (ATL, BTL, digital, retail promotions).
• Manage vendor relationships for creative, production, event management, and digital campaign suppliers.
• Ensure timely deliveries aligned with campaign schedules.
• Explore innovative and cost-effective sourcing opportunities in consumer durable and fashion marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in consumer durable or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing procurement & campaign execution support.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement tools, and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
