Event Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive to join our growing team. This role involves end-to-end planning and execution of concerts, corporate events, and other high-impact activations across India. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy travel, and have a passion for delivering memorable experiences, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of concerts and corporate events from concept to completion.
- Liaise with vendors, venue partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Manage on-site operations, including staff supervision, setup, and event flow.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project.
- Monitor budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and handle resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure all events meet branding and quality standards.
- Travel across India to manage and oversee events at various locations.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in event management, preferably with exposure to concerts or large-scale events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, teams, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively across India as per event schedules.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
