We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive to join our growing team. This role involves end-to-end planning and execution of concerts, corporate events, and other high-impact activations across India. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of concerts and corporate events from concept to completion.
  • Liaise with vendors, venue partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Manage on-site operations, including staff supervision, setup, and event flow.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Monitor budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and handle resource allocation efficiently.
  • Ensure all events meet branding and quality standards.
  • Travel across India to manage and oversee events at various locations.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in event management, preferably with exposure to concerts or large-scale events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, teams, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively across India as per event schedules.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
