Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Float enquiries, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures.
  • Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and follow up with vendors.
  • Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production teams for material requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of all purchase transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Review supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor list.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial or fabrication-related purchase.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP / Tally / Excel for maintaining purchase records.
  • Familiar with technical specifications of materials (preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
