Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, advising clients on loan and mortgage solutions, and ensuring seamless coordination with financial institutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, facilitating documentation, and managing loan disbursement processes. The role also involves cross-selling insurance, taxation advice, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in loan advisory, mortgage solutions, and financial services
  • Ability to handle documentation and compliance processes meticulously
  • Knowledge of various loan products and banking processes
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Experience in cross-selling insurance and providing taxation advice is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
