Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at Krish Trip. The ideal candidate will handle administrative operations, data entry, hotel and vendor coordination, customer communication, and ensure smooth backend functioning of travel bookings and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Rate Management:


• Enter and update hotel and package rates in the internal system.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for hotels, vendors, and clients.

Hotel Coordination:


• Coordinate with hotels for booking confirmations, availability, and rate negotiations.


• Follow up with hotel partners for vouchers, invoices, and payment details.

Vendor Coordination:


• Communicate with vendors for travel bookings, services, and timely updates.


• Maintain vendor records and ensure smooth service delivery.

Customer Coordination:


• Assist customers with booking details, queries, and follow-ups.


• Provide post-booking support and handle changes or special requests.

Calling & Communication:


• Handle inbound and outbound calls with hotels, vendors, and clients.


• Ensure prompt responses and maintain a professional tone.

Administrative Support:


• Maintain files, records, and booking documentation.


• Assist the management with day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements:


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling.


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
