Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a qualified and compliance-driven professional to join our team as Principal Officer for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registered in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison with FIU-IND for AML/CFT compliance
  • Ensure timely submission of STRs, CTRs, and other regulatory reports via FINnet
  • Oversee internal AML protocols and risk-based KYC procedures
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors and regulators during inspections or queries

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Resident in India (non-negotiable under FIU-IND guidelines)
  • Prior experience in AML/CFT, compliance, or regulatory liaison roles
  • Familiarity with PMLA, FIU-IND reporting formats, and VASP operations preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
