Sales Executive

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our workshops and programs to individual clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, qualifying leads, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain workshop offerings, benefits, pricing, and schedules clearly and confidently.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify high-potential prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure conversions.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Share insights and feedback from customers to help improve offerings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for registrations and confirmations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience (tele-sales or program sales preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them to the right program.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and follow-up processes.
- Comfort with phone-based selling.
- Self-driven, positive, and professional.
