We're seeking a skilled E-commerce Executive to join our Kalyanamm team in Noida.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to lead our online sales strategy, drive business growth, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Website Management: Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure
  • seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Maximisation: Manage pricing, promotions, and product listings to maximise profitability.

Requirements:

Experience

: 1+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in a D2C environment.

Technical Expertise

: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

Proven Track Record

: Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and improving conversion rates.
