Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Executive at President Travel Service in New Delhi. The Visa Executive will be responsible for processing visa applications, coordinating with embassies and clients, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements. They will handle correspondence, maintain records, and provide updates on visa statuses.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of visa application processes, documentation requirements, and compliance
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and authorities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to verify and manage sensitive documentation
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and systems
  • A degree or certification relevant to travel services, business administration, or a related field
