We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman / Draftswoman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing structural drawings and plans as per engineering inputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare shop drawings, layout drawings, and bar bending schedules for post-tensioned slabs and beams.
  • Draft post-tensioning duct profiles, anchor positions, and tendon layouts.
  • Coordinate with PT design engineers to incorporate design inputs accurately.
  • Prepare structural drawings for RCC and steel structures using AutoCAD.
  • Work closely with structural engineers to convert design concepts into detailed drawings.
  • Modify and revise drawings based on markups and site instructions.
  • Ensure that all drawings are as per IS codes and project standards.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with site and design teams for drawing clarifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.Tech in civil Engineering

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship.

Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is a plus).

Understanding of RCC and steel structural detailing.

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 -4 years of experience in structural drafting.

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
