Structural Draughtsman

We are looking for a Structural Draughtsman with an ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering. This role is ideal for freshers who are detail-oriented and have a basic grounding in civil/structural drafting. You will work closely with our design and engineering team to prepare structural drawings, detailing post-tensioning elements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed structural and post-tensioning drawings using AutoCAD
- Draft tendon layouts, slab details, reinforcement details, and anchorage drawings
- Assist engineers in converting design concepts into clear, precise drawings
- Update and revise drawings as per site and engineering requirements
- Ensure compliance with drafting standards and company quality norms
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
Requirements
- ITI Draftsman (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Freshers encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of structural drawings and construction terminology
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn post-tensioning systems
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
