Senior Architect ServiceNow Business Applications

The ServiceNow Business Applications team within Fresenius is an international, multi-cultural team responsible for the operations and project delivery of all business applications running on the ServiceNow platform. This includes HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, AppEngine applications, and planned expansions into other business areas. We are searching for an experienced ServiceNow professional to help us expand the business value generated through ServiceNow across Fresenius.

Tasks

• Designing and developing our ServiceNow Business Application architecture for Non-IT modules, e.g., HRSD, LSD, SPO, CSM, GRC, AppEngine, and others.
• Delivery of ServiceNow projects over its complete lifecycle (e.g., project setup, estimation, planning, requirements engineering, testing, status reporting)
• Design and/or review of ServiceNow-related solution proposals and cost estimates, and ensure all projects follow governance and change management processes
• Ensure operational stability and SLS/TLS for business applications with 3rd third-party supplier
• Align processes with the ServiceNow platform team and coordinate activities with external suppliers. Align with data protection, IT security, and segment IT.
• Manage risks in the area of responsibility and implement or suggest appropriate countermeasures.
• Continuously identify and initiate service improvements in technological environments of very high complexity.

Qualification

• Minimum 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow across multiple processes with an academic background.
• Very good technical/hands-on background expertise in ServiceNow (Senior Developer or Senior Architect)
• Very experienced in ServiceNow Architecture, products, modules (e.g. HRSD, LSD, SPO, and others) and licensing (beyond the ITSM module)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow Employee Centre, building Workflows & Processes, capturing input by Forms, modelling & storing Data, using interfaces, integrations and spoke applications
• Very experienced in project management (agile & classic) methodologies, certification is beneficial
• Experienced in engineering, structuring and documentation of requirements
• Vendor management skills and a competent ability to communicate with business stakeholders
• Strong presentation and reporting skills. Good knowledge of Office Suite applications.
• ServiceNow certification is essential, e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS. CTA or CMA would be an advantage.
