Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules – Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management.
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants on real-time SAP projects.
  • Participate in system testing, data validation, and end-user support.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements using SAP best practices.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3 months to 1 year of experience or training in SAP HCM.
  • Passionate about HR technology and process automation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to sign a 5-year Non-Disclosure and Service Agreement (NDA).
  • Educational documents must be submitted for the duration of the agreement period.
  • Open to working onsite at Ambattur, Chennai.
