Role Overview:
The Sales Manager serves as a trusted academic advisor to students and parents, helping them make informed decisions about NEET, JEE, and MHT-CET coaching programs offered by Kalrashukla. The counsellor plays a key role in building trust, addressing academic concerns, and guiding families through the enrolment process by clearly communicating the long-term value of Kalrashukla's pedagogy and track record.
Key Responsibilities:
● Counsel walk-in and online inquiries (students and parents) about academic planning and competitive exam preparation.
● Understand the student's background, academic needs, learning challenges, and goals to recommend the right course pathway.
● Clearly explain Kalrashukla's teaching methodology, schedule structure, mock test systems, and success results.
● Conduct structured one-on-one counselling sessions to address doubts about curriculum, timelines, and exam strategies.
● Follow up with interested prospects via phone/email/WhatsApp and ensure they feel confident in their enrolment decision.
● Act as the parent's academic point of contact post-enrolment, ensuring trust and ongoing relationship.
● Collaborate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
● Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and status of each inquiry in the CRM system.
Educational Qualifications (Mandatory):
● Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) , Science (B.Sc) , or Psychology .
● Candidates with M.Ed, MSc, or academic counselling diplomas are preferred. Experience:
● 0–3 years in student counselling, academic advising, or admissions counselling. (Freshers can also apply).
● Experience in educational institutions or coaching centers (NEET, JEE, CET) is a strong plus.
● B2B, B2C experience is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
● Deep understanding of NEET, JEE, MHT-CET exam formats, timelines, and academic demands.
● Empathetic and professional in handling parent concerns and student anxieties.
● Confident communicator in English, Hindi, and Marathi
● Ability to translate technical academic details into simple, reassuring advice.
● Proficiency in using CRM tools or Excel for managing follow-ups.
● A calm, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset.
