Job Description

Job Description: In this position you have to manage project plans & project work To execute the functions of requirement gathering, documentation and system design of Pragmatic Techsofts OpenERP implementation projects undertaken for its clients. The Business Analyst must also ensure correct delivery and training during the handover of the implementations. Requirement Gathering and understanding the customer expectations from a feature and functionality perspective. Analyse the differences between the Requirements and current functionality available. Work with Development team to design solutions to bridge the gap. Preparation of requisite documentation for the same, including timelines and costing. Creation of End user manuals and training videos. Testing of the application to verify the functionality as desired by the customer. Onsite training and implementation of the system at client side. Desired Skills & Expertise:Client Management Manages day-to-day client interaction - Sets and manages client expectations Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives Facilitates team and client meetings effectively Holds regular status meetings with project team Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Proven prior experience performing all Project Manager responsibilities and functions. General understanding in the areas of programming, database highly desirable.
