Role Description

Responsible for

  • Developing new customer network
    and implementing strategies to achieve overall sales targets & increase market share, sales, demand generation & fulfillment, collection targets.
  • Managing S
    ales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing training to sales staff, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves regular field visits to monitor market trends and support farmers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide effective training to sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record in sales within the agriculture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly
