About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced 
Team Leader
 who can guide a team of skilled developers to design and deliver high-performance software solutions for Volktek's industrial networking products. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership acumen, and hands-on experience in embedded and enterprise software environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software engineers.
  • Architect and oversee development of software for Embedded Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Drive integration of open-source components and ensure secure, maintainable solutions.
  • Enforce structured programming, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Taiwan and India for system integration and delivery.
  • Manage Git-based workflows, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and network security.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in

    .
  • Experience with 
    Embedded Linux
     and 
    Windows environments
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    network communications, protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.), and cybersecurity
    .
  • Strong Git experience and exposure to 
    open-source integrations
    .
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
