Leica - IICS

• Work on enhancement requests and development tickets as per client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UAT/production issues withing agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and gather requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities in existing workflows and integrations.
• Ensure effective integration with external systems (e.g., SAP/SFDC) via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage and handle data in multiple formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Utilize source control in IICS to manage versions of mappings, tasks, and other assets.
• Use Git-based repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) for source control and version tracking.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, UAT and deployment documents

Core Skills:

• Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• SSMS/ Oracle/ Snowflake
• Strong SQL skills

• Strong expertise in IICS components such as Mappings, Mapplets, Tasks (Synchronization, Replication, Mapping), Taskflows, and Schedules.
• Hands-on experience with IICS Application Integration (CAI), including Service Connectors, Processes, and Process Objects.
• Proficiency in web services (SOAP, REST), APIs, and data formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL principles, and cloud-based data integration architectures
• Proven, hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other external systems/applications using Informatica IICS.
• Hand-on experience with version control tools like Git and project management tools like JIRA / Confluence
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
